Dear former Cambodian student who used to study in Japan, As you may learn about the flood within our country, Japan Alumni of Cambodia is setting up a relief fund namely "JAC Relief Fund". The purpose of setting up this fund is to collect cash or material from any individual who used to study in Japan; then, distribute it to the villager who affected by flood (probably in Kampong Thom province). Dear members,
The ASEAN Council of Japan Alumni (ASCOJA) which JAC is also a member of, will host its biennial conference in Bangkok in this coming November 25-27
The event is the biggest event of Japan Alumni network. It is a biennial event and roate among ASEAN member. So far, JAC never submit any request for hosting such conference because it is very costly (approximately US$ 80,000 per event). Only Cambodia, Laos, and Brunei never host this conference. Vietnam will host it in 2013.
ASCOJA Conference is a good event for anyone who wish to get connect with other alumni member of ASEAN either for business or community network prupose. The event usually preside over by the prime minister of hosting country. This year, the PM of Thailand and former Prime Minister of Japan, along with other VVIP guest of Japan and Thailand will attend the openning ceremont of conference and dinner receiption.
To participate with this events, please send your name and flight schedule to our president H.E HENG SOUR directly. Anyway, all participants need to bear own financial burden. Only admission for conference, and a formal reception dinner will be free. With duty bound, JAC will contribute US$1500 for this conference.

Former students, including non-JAC members, who have studied in Japan for more than one year, are welcome for free of charge.
