Dear alumni,

On this March 29, 2010 Japanese Embassy in Phnom Penh is going to celebrate
a dinner reception for the MONBUKAGAKUSHO scholarship winner of 2010.
Japanese Embassy would also like to invite 75 of our alumni to participate
in this event to give moral support for those scholarship winners. It is also
an opportunity for our alumni to exchange idea and update information.
